Diversity CRNA School of Nursing Tour

This one day event is scheduled at select Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCU) and Hispanic Serving Institution (HSI) Schools of Nursing. Diverse CRNAs and nurse anesthesia students visit and speak with nursing students about the nurse anesthesia profession as a viable career choice. And, excellence in nursing school clinical and didactic courses, pursuant of critical care nursing position upon graduation, importance of scheduling the CCRN Exam and balancing family and finances with hands-on anesthesia airway simulation lab.

In addition to these tips:

  • Learn more about the Nurse Anesthesia profession
  • Learn comprehensive information about the application and admissions process
  • Learn the true rigors of a program
  • Get valuable tips on essay construction
  • Perform advanced practice skills such as intubation, epidurals, and spinal anesthesia
  • Meet Grambling CRNA Alumni
  • Distribute information about Doctorate in Nursing Practice in Nurse Anesthesia Programs
